Thank you for choosing the DAU Card. Let’s get you set up so you can start spending your gold and digital assets like fiat.

Update Telegram Security Settings
Protecting your privacy and account security is crucial. We recommend that you update your Telegram account with the below settings to protect your funds and for the safe management of your DAU Card.
Go to Settings > Privacy and Security >
1. Two-Step Verification:
Follow the prompts to set up a password.
Add an email address for password recovery in case you forget it.
2. Passcode Lock:
Enable the lock and create a passcode.
Adjust the auto-lock and biometric based on your preferences.
3. Devices:
Review and terminate unwanted active sessions on other devices.
4. Privacy Section:
Adjust the settings as per the below:
Phone Number → Nobody.
Last Seen & Online → Nobody.
Profile photo → My Contacts (or Nobody, if you prefer).
Forwarded Messages → Nobody.
Calls → Nobody (or My contacts, if you prefer)
Calls (Peer-to-peer) — Nobody (or my contacts, if you prefer)
Invites → Nobody.
5. Delete My Account:
Set to 1 Year - account and data will be deleted after a year of inactivity.
Go to Settings > Data and Storage > Auto Download Media:
6. Toggle off automatic media download settings.

Set up Telegram Bots
Make card management easier by utilising our dedicated Telegram bots:
DAU Cards Bot: t.me/daucards_bot
Use this bot to view card details, change your PIN, top up and view your balance, freeze or deactivate your card, change your membership plan and contact support.
DAU Card Notifications Bot: t.me/daucards_notification_bot
This bot sends notifications for every transaction.

Activate your DAU Card
To activate your card, launch the DAU Cards bot on Telegram. You will need to review and accept the Terms & Conditions and set a 4-12 digit PIN.

Top up your card
Easily top up your DAU Card with DAU or other digital assets to spend online and in-store or to withdraw cash from ATMs, anywhere where Visa is accepted. Here’s how:
1. Launch the DAU Cards bot on Telegram:
Select "Top up with Digital Assets” from the menu.
2. Select Deposit Asset & Network:
Select the digital asset and blockchain network for the deposit. We accept the following:
3. Review Deposit Details:
Review the deposit details, and the exchange rate.
4. Receive Deposit Wallet Address:
You will receive a unique deposit wallet address.
5. Perform a test transfer (optional):
We recommend a small test transaction first, as assets sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
6. Receive Deposit Wallet Address:
Complete the remaining transfer. You should receive a confirmation message from the bot within 5 minutes.

Link your DAU Card to Google Pay
For seamless, contactless payments, open your Wallet App on your mobile phone and follow the prompts to add your DAU Card.
