Our DAU Card supports Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other mobile wallets, such as PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and more. However, if you are unable to add your card, please check the following:

1. Have You Used This Mobile Wallet Before?

• If this is your first time using it, make sure you have set it up correctly.

• Follow the official setup instructions from the provider before adding a card.

2. Is the Mobile Wallet Available in Your Country, and Does It Have Special Requirements?

Some regions do not support certain mobile wallets. For example:

• Google Pay is not available in China and Nigeria, so you won’t be able to add any card to it.

In India, you cannot add a card through the Google Wallet app but must use the Google Pay app instead. Ensure you're using the correct app, even if they are from the same provider.

What to Do If You Still Cannot Add Your Card

1. Try an Alternative Mobile Wallet

   If a particular mobile wallet does not work in your region, try adding your virtual DAU Card to other wallets that support Visa, such as:

• PayPal (Global)

• AliPay (China and other markets)

• Samsung Pay (Available in select countries)

• WeChat Pay (China and beyond)

• Line Pay (Japan, Taiwan, Thailand)

• GrabPay (Southeast Asia)

2. Use Your Card for Online Purchases

   If adding your card to a mobile wallet fails, you can still use it for online shopping by entering your card details manually at checkout.

3. Upgrade to a Physical Card

   If mobile wallets are not suitable for you, you can upgrade to a physical DAU Card, which allows you to:

• Make offline purchases anywhere Visa is accepted.

• Withdraw cash from ATMs worldwide.
