What to Do If Your Payment Processor Does Not Accept Your Cardholder Name
In many cases, the cardholder name field is not mandatory or is not strictly verified by payment processors. However, if you encounter issues when entering your cardholder name, please try the following:
Add an extra space between letters in the cardholder name.
Enter an alternative name, as some processors do not strictly validate this field.
If the payment continues to be declined, we recommend using an alternative payment method.
