How can I temporarily freeze my card?
To temporarily freeze (disable) your card, follow the steps below:
Open Telegram and access the ‘DAU Cards Bot’ on Telegram.
Choose the 'Freeze Card’ option from the main menu.
Follow the prompts to temporarily freeze your card and prevent unauthorized transactions while you manage the situation.
Note that freezing your card will temporarily disable it, preventing any payments or transactions until you unfreeze it. Any scheduled payments will also be halted. You can unfreeze your card at any time using the Telegram bot.
