If your card is lost, stolen or damaged your funds will be untouched if you freeze your card immediately. When we re-issue a replacement card, the funds will be transferred to the new card.

Please be aware that if you deactivate your card instead of freezing it, you will lose access to any remaining balance on the card and the card will no longer be usable. This action is irreversible. Deactivating a card is a precautionary step to ensure that it is no longer active and cannot be used for transactions.
