My card is lost or stolen. What should I do and how do I report it?
If your card is lost or stolen, follow the steps below to promptly secure your account (same process applies if you are traveling abroad):
1. Freeze your Card:
Open the Telegram bot and select the ‘Freeze Card’ option from the menu. This will prevent any unauthorized transactions on your card.
2. Order a Replacement Card:
After freezing your card, request a replacement card by contacting Support or the distributor who originally issued the card to you.
