I have unauthorized transactions on my account. What should I do?

If you notice unauthorized transactions on your account, follow these steps immediately:

  1. Freeze Your Card:

    Use the ‘DAU Cards Bot’ on Telegram to freeze your card. Select the ‘Freeze Card’ option from the menu to prevent any further unauthorized transactions.

  2. Contact Support:

    Reach out to our support team via the Telegram bot. We will assist you in reporting the unauthorised transactions. To expediate the process, please gather and provide the following information:

  • Transaction ID

  • Transaction date

  • Transaction amount

  • Merchant name

  • Description of the goods or services

  • Cardholder Information:

Cardholder registered email

Full name of the cardholder

Card Details

  • Card ID

  • Expiration date

  • Dispute Reason: Please provide a clear explanation of why the transaction is disputed (e.g., unauthorised transaction, billing error, non-receipt of goods/services, etc.).

Supporting Documentation: Include any relevant evidence (e.g., receipts, invoices, emails, shipping/tracking information, proof of cancellation, etc.).

Communication with Merchant: Provide any documentation of attempts to resolve the issue directly with the merchant (e.g., emails, letters, chat logs, etc.).

Police Report or Affidavit (if applicable): Include a police report or affidavit if applicable.

Timeline of Events: Provide a chronological timeline of events leading up to the dispute.
